About Me

I’m a fully qualified Personal Trainer for women in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, dedicated to helping women feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in themselves. Fitness has been a part of my life from a young age, and over the years I’ve built a passion for guiding others to discover the long-term benefits of moving well and living well.

My approach combines strength training, bodyweight workouts, and conditioning — creating a balanced programme that not only supports everyday energy and resilience but also builds lasting foundations for physical performance. Training with me is never repetitive; I focus on variety to keep sessions motivating, enjoyable, and effective, while encouraging habits that extend far beyond the gym.

My mission is simple: to support women in breaking through mental and physical barriers, building confidence that lasts, and creating sustainable lifestyle changes. Whether your goal is strength, fitness, or overall wellbeing, I’ll help you lay the groundwork for long-term health, vitality, and personal growth.

  • BWL Level 1 Weightlifting Coach

  • PFCA Level 1 Functional Fitness Coach

I offer both in-person training at Halo Gym in Tunbridge Wells and online sessions, giving you the choice to train in a way that fits your lifestyle and schedule.
